MEET SHELBY!⠀ ⠀ Shelby has been with Fresh in your Fridge for over 6 months and we couldn't be happier to have her part of the team. ⠀ ⠀ Not only is she really good at card games (as we found out the other night) but she is also an absolute star in the kitchen, especially when it comes to cooking plant-based meals. 🥑🍆🍅🥦 ⠀ She is passionate about nutrition and shares her love of food by preparing healthy whole food meals for clients. Her menus are fresh and vibrant and always based on what's local and seasonal.✨ ⠀ ⠀
