FODMAP diets are increasingly popular, and being more prescribed in a medical setting to help reversing digestive upset, bacterial imbalance, general IBS and bloating - this transition can be very overwhelming as the FODMAP diet can seem very restrictive at first glance! We work with an increasing number of clients on FODMAPs and are able to create delicious, creative and individualized meals that make the transition a lot easier.
