Fresh in your Fridge is dedicated to making healthy food truly easy for you. No more eating out, boxed foods, or skipped meals. Our holistic nutritionist trained professionals make meals the old fashioned way - right in your kitchen!

We focus on three unique aspects to bring you health, wellbeing, and peace of mind.

Personalization: You know that cookie cutter diets don’t work, so we work with you to customize your meals based on your likes, dislikes, food sensitivities, specialized diets and goals. There is no mass production or “menu of the week.” This means the meals are made just the way you like them - no exceptions!

Creativity: You certainly don’t want boring, repetitive or bland foods. With a personal nutritionist working with you each week your fridge will be filled with foods as unique as you. Each one of our nutritionists has cultivated creativity and artistry in the kitchen leaving you with exquisite home cooked meals.

Nutrient rich: All the foods we use are organic, toxin free, with nothing yucky in them. This means you get the best quality foods, free from anything that will weigh you down, leaving you to be your best and energetic self

I’m a nutritionist and owner of Fresh in your Fridge.

I’ve spent many years learning about food and nutrition, and feel like I’ve finally got something’s figured out, but I certainly had a journey to get there. My formal education in nutrition consists of a B.Sc. in Food, Nutrition and Health from UBC, and a diploma as a Certified Nutritional Practitioner.

I teach the Professional Practice course at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Vancouver, and have spent years working with clients in a clinical model of nutrition. But I believe my real experience comes from my own personal journey with food and health.

I’ve been through the ups and downs, and highs and lows with my food and nutrition and eaten all the way from low-fat-raw-vegan to ketogenic fat prominent diets, with just about everything in-between. I’ve gone through digestive battles, navigated massive food sensitivities, and unexpected weight gain. What I understand is that there is no perfect diet for anyone, but rather slow incremental and lasting changes through good food, happy eating, and habit change.

Healthy eating is simple, but it isn’t always easy.

There are some basic principles to healthy eating: less processed foods, more fruits and vegetables, reducing sugars, balancing essential fats, etc. It can sound easy - but in reality our choices become more complex when they are mixed in with social events, travelling, cravings, or lack of time. Our nutritionists and coaches will “de-mystify” healthy eating and make it an easy integral part of your day to day.

“Cookie cutter” diets don’t work, because you are unique. We don’t offer a one-size-fits-all package.

Nutrition is more than eating lots of kale - each of us is unique in our preferences, dislikes, habits and patterns. Working with Fresh in your Fridge is different because we meet you where you are at, and help you find your ideal way of eating.

I believe in teaching you how to build nutritional habits that will last a lifetime.

This isn’t about a specialty diet that lasts for 30 days. Lots of nutrition courses and diets offer short-term results, and a “done for you” approach. My goal is to teach you how to eat healthy long-term - while providing you support with the most time consuming parts: grocery shopping and cooking. That’s why coaching and working with a nutritionist is an integral part of working with Fresh in your Fridge.
